This venue was a true luxury hotel experience. the amenities were exclusive, fulfilling all my luxurious needs. the room advantages were astounding, offering private facilities within the room. the service was impeccable, and the Jacuzzi added an extra level of relaxation to my stay. the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area served amazing Special diet menus, ensuring my dietary needs were met. the location advantages were perfect, situated in close proximity to all major attractions.

This hotel provided a luxurious stay for me. Their personalized special diet menus fulfilled my exclusive needs. the Jacuzzi in the private facilities was a perfect way to relax after a busy day exploring the location advantages.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the service in the restaurant. It was a bit slow and I had to wait longer than I expected.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is conveniently near the train station, making it easy to catch trains to Rome. Additionally, it is in the heart of the historic city center, allowing for easy access to attractions such as the Gregorian Villa and Villa d'Este.

The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are well-appointed. The staff are pleasant and helpful, providing great service. The hotel also offers amenities such as free WiFi and a minibar.

Some guests have mentioned that the pillows are not very comfortable.

The hotel had a great location, close to Fitzroy Gardens and the wedding we attended. the valet service was efficient and fast. the bed was super comfortable and we even got a free upgrade, which was a nice surprise.

The service didn't live up to our expectations. We didn't receive the same warm welcome as previous guests, and the concierge was nowhere to be seen during our arrival.

We had a fantastic stay at this grand hotel. The rooms were updated and the common areas preserved in their Victorian glory. The location was perfect, being close to public transport and all tourist attractions in the city area. The staff were attentive and the hotel was very clean.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were awe-inspired by the beautiful architecture and rich history that this establishment embodies. Our Junior Suite, which we obtained through a successful bid for an upgrade, was absolutely stunning. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, with efficient check-in and check-out procedures, as well as valet parking that was prompt and reliable. The location of the hotel is perfect, allowing us easy access to popular attractions such as the Melbourne Museum and a variety of dining options. Our stay was truly indulgent, and we are already eagerly anticipating our next visit in October, where we have decided to pamper ourselves in the luxurious Victorian Suite.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at a very beautiful and extremely old building in an awesome location. The outstanding design and location truly made my experience unforgettable. The Windsor Suite I stayed in was also very lovely, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. I couldn't help but appreciate the uniforms worn by the staff, adding a touch of elegance to the hotel. The paintings throughout the building added to its charm, and it was fascinating to learn about all the famous people who have stayed there.
