This venue was a true luxury hotel experience. the amenities were exclusive, fulfilling all my luxurious needs. the room advantages were astounding, offering private facilities within the room. the service was impeccable, and the Jacuzzi added an extra level of relaxation to my stay. the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area served amazing Special diet menus, ensuring my dietary needs were met. the location advantages were perfect, situated in close proximity to all major attractions.

This hotel provided a luxurious stay for me. Their personalized special diet menus fulfilled my exclusive needs. the Jacuzzi in the private facilities was a perfect way to relax after a busy day exploring the location advantages.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the service in the restaurant. It was a bit slow and I had to wait longer than I expected.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to visit all the attractions in this city. The proximity to the train station is convenient for transportation. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a great selection. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing excellent service.

Some guests have mentioned that the pillows are not very comfortable.

The hotel had a great location, close to Fitzroy Gardens and the wedding we attended. The valet service was efficient and fast. The bed was super comfortable and we even got a free upgrade, a nice surprise.

We had a fantastic stay at this grand hotel. The rooms were updated and the common areas preserved in their Victorian glory. The location was perfect, being close to public transport and all tourist attractions in the city area. The staff were attentive and the hotel was very clean.

Our Junior Suite, which we obtained through a successful bid for an upgrade, was fine. The service provided by the staff was perfect, with efficient check-in and check-out procedures, as well as valet parking that was prompt and reliable. The location of the hotel is perfect, allowing us easy access to popular attractions such as the Melbourne Museum and a variety of dining options. Our stay was indulgent, and we are already eagerly anticipating our next visit in October, where we have decided to pamper ourselves in the luxurious Victorian Suite.

The room lacked privacy with thin walls that allowed for noise from outside to disturb our stay.

I had an amazing stay at a very beautiful and old building in an awesome location. The excellent design and location made my experience lovely. The Windsor Suite I stayed in was also very lovely, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. I couldn't help but appreciate the uniforms worn by the staff, adding a touch of elegance to the hotel. The paintings throughout the building added to its charm, and it was fascinating to learn about all the famous people who have stayed there.
